General Ordering Information & Refunds
Because our products are handmade and personalized to your specifications, we cannot offer any refunds unless the error was made by us. It is crucial when ordering your item that you be as specific as possible in the "Additional Comments" section. In addition, please spell and use correct capitalization. I will monogram exactly as you type it. When your product requires a monogram, the order you should type would be FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE format. If you submitted the incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 2 weeks from the time payment is made. If you need your order by a specific date, please include that when you order so we can be sure to meet your deadline.
Shipping Options
I can guarantee a shipping date, but not a delivery date. I ship most things First Class mail, which is 2-5 days. However, I am not responsible for the Post Office's delivery. Please keep this in mind before ordering. If you need your order rushed, please note that in the "Additional Comments" section as well. There is a $5 rush fee for products that are needed within one (1) week's notice.
